Rosebud Farms founder Elspeth Biltoft makes this sweet, aromatic mint jelly from her farm in North Yorkshire. Produced in the traditional English manner, by hand in small batches from all-natural ingredients, it is loaded with fresh mint plucked from the dales, and provides a refreshing accompaniment to roast lamb or pork. Also an excellent choice for tossing with buttered green beans or spring peas.

Apples, water, unrefined sugar, fresh lemon juice, fresh mint. Prepared with 70 grams of fruit per 100 grams. Total sugar content 67 grams per 100 grams.
