Rosebud Farms founder Elspeth Biltoft makes this sweet, aromatic mint jelly from her farm in North Yorkshire. Produced in the traditional English manner, by hand in small batches from all-natural ingredients, it is loaded with fresh mint plucked from the dales, and provides a refreshing accompaniment to roast lamb or pork. Also an excellent choice for tossing with buttered green beans or spring peas.
