Cranberry Pepper Jelly Cups
Ingredients:
- 20 Miniature Pasty Shells
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- pinch of salt & pepper
- 5 or 6 fresh sage leaves, minced
- New England Cranberry Pepper Jelly
Directions:
- Combine softened cheeses, salt & pepper, and sage leaves in a bowl.
- Spoon into pastry shells and broil until cheeses are melted, watching carefully that they don't burn.
- Top with desired amount of Cranberry Pepper Jelly and serve.
