Pineapple Rosemary Margarita
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. silver tequila
- 1 oz. Pineapple Rosemary Shrub
- 3/4 oz. Herb Syrup
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
Directions:
- Shake with ice
- Pour onto fresh ice in a rocks glass
- Garnish with rosemary rimming salt (process kosher salt and rosemary in a food processor)
- Spear a piece of cubed pinapple, marinated in white wine vineger) on a rosemary branch, and place atop glass.
