Citrus & Greens with Bitters Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 TBSP. red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dashfire Vintage Orange No. 1 Barrel Aged Bitters
- sea salt & freshly ground pepper
Directions:
For a refreshing winter salad, toss mixed greens with toasted hazelnuts, thinly sliced fennel, tangerine slices, and chopped parsley. Serve with Orange Bitters Vinaigrette.Orange Bitters Vinaigrette
Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste. The vinaigrette will keep, refrigerated, in a sealed jar for several months. Just bring it to room temperature before using.
