The olives are handpicked and pressed within 6 hours, resulting in an oil with great character and complexity.
With hints of artichoke and almond and the scent of freshly cut grass, this is a perfect oil for dressing pasta, drizzling liberally over fish and steamed vegetables, dipping crusty French breads or whisking into salad dressings.
