Anette Madsen Yasidi, her brother Brent Madsen, and Mary Stornetta have worked together for nearly 30 years from their Napa Valley headquarters creating artisan truffles, caramels, brittles, sauces, creams and ice creams. Sourcing locally whenever possible, they take advantage of the region's wines & dairy in creating their sweet treats. Small-batch production and attention to packaging have been a winning formula for this family-run business.
The delicious concoction of rich, dark chocolate and full-bodied California Cabernet in this bottle result in a sumptuous dessert topping. Drizzle over ice cream, cheesecake, pound cake, or sliced strawberries. It is a wonderful addition to a cup of coffee, and we've used it in a chocolate martini, too.
