Blind Tiger's founder story is rooted in the spirit of the Prohibition era, where people gathered at speakeasies to enjoy drinks that were otherwise banned. Rebecca Styn, founder of Erie, PA's Room 33 Speakeasy, brought her passion for this time to life by creating a sophisticated cocktail experience that captures the defining flavors of the era, with or without the alcohol.
It has been purported that the Southside was created in New York's 21 Club as part of its Prohibition-era menu, and also several decades earlier at the Southside Sportsmen's Club in Long Island. It was reportedly Al Capone's favorite drink. A refreshing mint and lime blend with hints of juniper, it can be enjoyed with or without alcohol and, at only 70 calories per serving, it's guilt-free, too!
