Toasted Coconut Moravian Cookies with Mascarpone Cheese & Lemon Curd
Ingredients:
- 1 box Toasted Coconut Moravian Cookie
- 1 container Mascarpone cheese
- 1 jar Elizabethan Pantry Lemon Curd
Directions:
Arrange cookies on a serving platter. Top each with a bit of Mascarpone cheese and a dollop of lemon curd. Yields approximately 35 cookies.
Pairs perfectly with White Port, Limoncello, coffee flavored liqueur, Mexican hot chocolate.
