Mediterranean Layered Party Torte

Ingredients:

  •  Cream Cheese
  •  Basil Pesto
  •  Sundried Tomato & Parmesan Crostini Spread
  •  Elki Water Crackers

Directions:

  1. In a dish, create a base layer of Cream Cheese
  2. Top with a layer of basil pesto (mix with a little cream cheese to hold the pesto securely on the cream cheese)
  3. Top with another layer of Elki's Sundried Tomato & Parmesan Crostini Spread
  4. Serve on Elki's Water Crackers
