Ingredients:

  •  small wheel of Brie cheese
  •  Sable & Rosenfeld Miniature Pastry Shells
  •  Virginia Chutney Co. Spicy Plum Chutney
  •  fresh rosemary, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Cut brie into pieces, approximately 1" square.Place brie in pastry shells and arrange on baking sheet.
  3. Heat shells in oven until brie is melted.
  4. Remove from oven and top each shell with 1/2 tsp. Spicy Plum Chutney.
  5. Garnish with sprigs of fresh rosemary.
Each small brie will fill approximately 24 miniature pastry shells.
