- Papardelle
- Fresh Ricotta
- Lemon Agrumato
- Salt and pepper
Directions:

Cook the pasta to al dente. While still piping hot, toss the pasta with the fresh ricotta, a good 1/4 cup of the Lemon Agrumato, and salt & freshly ground pepper.
