Savory Cheesecake with Blaak Tomato Jam

Ingredients:
- 10 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 jar Beekman 1802 Blaak Tomato Jam
- 1 cup coarsely grated Parmesan
Directions:
- Beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth
- Stir in tomato jam & parmesan cheese
- Place in a 6-inch springform pan or other small round baking dish lined with parchment paper
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes, or until center is firm.
- Turn off oven and let cheesecake rest with door closed for one hour.
- Garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese and serve with crackers or crostini.
