- Pineapple BBQ Meatballs
Pineapple BBQ Meatballs
Ingredients:
- ROOTZ Pineapple BBQ Sauce
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 cup onion, pureed
- 1/2 cup mushroom, pureed
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, spices, pureed onions and mushrooms (give a quick pulse in a food processor). Using your hands, blend the ingredients together. Finally, add the egg and mix until well combined.
- Using your hands, form mixture into approximately 30 meatballs (approximately 1 inch in diameter).
- Place the meatballs on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (or until cooked through). Lighly coat with ROOTZ Pineapple BBQ Sauce halfway through cooking, and at the end, and then ready to serve!
