Grapefruit Rickey

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 oz. Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
  • 1 1/2 oz. gin
  •  pinch of fleur de sel
  •  soda water

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients except soda water to a highball glass filled with ice
  • Top with soda water and stir
  • Garnish with a grapefruit wheel
