  • 4 tablespoon Champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the mustard, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the oil and whisk until the dressing emulsifies.
  3. Toss with salad greens just before serving.
