Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce London Dry gin
  • 1 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1-2 dash Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters
  •  Orange or lemon twist for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled half way with ice, combine the gin, lime juice, Aperol and bitters.
  2. Shake until well-chilled.
  3. Pour both cocktail and ice into a glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
