Curried Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons Dulcet Madras Curry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Dulcet Mild Indian Curry Ketchup
- salt & pepper
Directions:
- Place the eggs in a medium pot; cover with water.
- Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
- Immediately turn heat down to a simmer and cook for 11 minutes.
- Remove from heat and run cold water over eggs to cool.
- Peel eggs and slice in half, lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the yolks, place in bowl, and use a fork to break up the yolks well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until smooth, with no lumps.
- Season with a small amount of salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place egg whites on platter, fill each with a spoonful of yolk mixture and serve.
